Bodhi Chair Yoga Releasing Stress Energy Buildup

This week’s Chair Yoga Practice is for releasing stress that creates and energetic build-up in the body-mind. Ideally, we do this by having fun, taking trips, moving about like normal; however, with long-term stress, or sustained low-grade trauma, energy can build up in the body that we try to self medicate with long hours on social media, stress eating, outbreaks of frustration-anger, break-downs-low grade depression. This simple chair yoga practice helps give you just enough movement that you can do it every day (try it for one week!) and maintain healthy everyday living patterns and most of all, contentment regardless of circumstance.
