A 40 minute online BodhiYin Restorative yoga class, to help you find better mind, body health. Learn stimulate lymphatic flow, while practicing restorative yoga healing. This online video can help all levels of yoga students feel less soar and tight, particularly during the shift in seasons from warmer to cooler months. Yoga for stress, when you’ve been too busy for too long and need to rejuvenate. This class will help you learn to feel more at home in your “Bodhi”, and you experience a variety of support from yoga blankets and bolsters.

Winter at Bodhi Yoga: Yoga Nidra
During November, December and January at Bodhi Yoga, we are focusing on Yoga Nidra.
The purpose of Yoga Nidra is to clear away distractions and illusions, which can be obvious or very subtle “Sanskaras”. Sanskaras are the faint karmic under-pinings that create subconscious stress.
We encourage our students to bring a scarf to use as a head-wrap Savasana, to help you reach a little Yoga Nidra for yourself!
