Intro to Tier ONE: BodhiFlow

A 11 minute online BodhiFlow vinyasa yoga class, to introduce you to the first tier of the BodhiFlow.  Learn to move with the length of your breath. BodhiFlow Introduction & Tier One teach how to save your wrist, using hand placement, as well as modified plank (Chaturanga Dandasana) and Upward-facing Dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana).  Syl teaches the concept of keeping your low back and core open, even during the transitions in this evolved approach to traditional yoga vinyasas.
