Anatomy of Movement – Techniques for Teaching & Styling a Variety of Yoga Classes
You will get the most out of Session Two by pre-reading pages 5-58 in Session Two in your manual, as well as reviewing pages 45-93, doing to the “Intro to BodhiFlow” classes in the Yoga Quick-Fix section of gobodhiyoga.com, listening to the “Principles of Prana” audio CD, and viewing your “BodhiSpin” and BodhiYin Yoga Restorative DVDs in your media kit binder, and reviewing your Bodhi Yoga™ Asana Template on page 154-156 in your manual. Give yourself time, as you study each individual style of practice, making notes about how you might combine complimentary aspects into your own specialized class.
