During November, December and January at Bodhi Yoga, we are focusing on Yoga Nidra, a perfect way to take your practice deeper during the winter months.

The purpose of Yoga Nidra is to clear away distractions and illusions, which can be obvious or very subtle “Sanskaras”. Sanskaras are the faint karmic under-pinings that create subconscious stress.

We encourage our students to bring a scarf to class, to use as a head-wrap during Savasana.  You’ll love this practice, as you reach a little Yoga Nidra for yourself!
