During an impromptu live session, Syl guides a student with extremely tight hips through a natural progression of seated yoga poses. Releasing the hips results in long-term hip health and a good range of motion when standing and walking.

This is a good video for a targeted hip release. Repeat the progression for a longer focused practice.
