This Bodhi Yoga™ class video combines BodhiSpin™ and BodhiYin™ for a practice to ease anxiety, depression, and/or other mood changes that arise due to the shift in seasons. We’ve all felt it at one time or another.

Syl leads the class through this yoga practice that focuses emotional balance and centeredness.  This is a foundational practice good for any time, and particularly helpful during months where seasonal affective disorder, and seasonal shifts with the corresponding highs and lows of barometric pressure and weather swings can disrupt your sense of well-being.
